First Year Induction

First Years having advice from the History Society

Today, the History Society was involved in an important introduction lecture that was given to the first year students at Swansea University by lecturers of the History department. This consisted of telling them about socials, events, trips abroad, academic workshops and even the role of becoming a Fresher's Representative. It was a very successful presentation where questions and positive feedback was received. After the induction, the committee, the first year students and some of the lecturers met at JC's for a pint and a chat!
